  1. I’ve needed this to help me relax and sleep at night, but I’m getting so frustrated trying to get it to play its making it worse. If anyone has any ideas let me know, I’d appreciate the help. Thank you

  2. This CD was very disappointing. In section one the music sounded like it was out of a horror movie. It was not very relaxing. The next section I was very annoyed each time she mentioned “be as lazy as you’ve always wanted to be” “it’s Ok to be lazy”. I was hoping this CD would help with my stress. It didn’t. I don’t want to be “lazy”; I want to be “relaxed”, “at peace”, and “calm”.

  3. I was so excited to get this CD based on reviews and the previews provided by Amazon. As someone dealing with much stress and anxiety, a really good relaxation CD is an enormous gift. I finished listening to this and felt as though I had been on some sort of creepy, unsettling drug trip. Floating in a rainbow? A lake that turns colors? I think it is important that a guided relaxation should have a grounding effect as an integral aspect of true relaxation. This CD, frankly, just freaked me out. Huge, huge, huge disappointment.

  4. This is one of my first meditation CDs and I found it to be really relaxing and helpful to guide my body to relax and separate everything else that is going on in my life. I use the technique even when I am doing other things. Two things: I wish the segments were longer and I wish her voice were more soothing…..
