With our Admin Services deal, we’ll take care of that for you. Your virtual server will be included in our custom–made monitoring system and every single time there is a sign of a trouble, our server administrators will be notified momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the easiest job on earth. You will either have to use a different server or your home PC, alternatively rely on some 3rd–party software. Our company offers a considerably easier solution with our Admin Services package. We will create a full backup copy of your Virtual Private Server every single week, so you never have to be scared of permanently losing any vital information. And we can always retrieve a backup copy really fast. All our backups are placed on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are harder to install and might require some additional setup from you. That is where our Admin Services deal can help you out. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting operations – in other words you can literally hire one of our qualified server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any software application whatsoever that you need. And/or have him take care of a trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an optional feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
